The breath is one of the best tools to create a deep connection with yourself. So in this treatment I will guide you through the breath in a deeper state of consciousness and relaxation. From this meditative state I intuitively tap into what your body, mind and soul need. It might be soft stretches and slow movements to help you sink deeper into your own bodily vehicle. Or perhaps you need a more uplifting and invigorating massage that stimulates the blood flow, levels of oxygen and your overall life energy. Whether you go left or right, my aim is to bring deep nourishment and profound connection with yourself so you feel full(filled) and grounded.

I welcome you to let go of what is no longer serving you and release tension through every pore of your being. 

My working way is to start with a check in, whats alive in the body, max 15 min.  Then we start with 60 min massage hands on.
